My experience
I was upset about a personal issue and made several mistakes when I was ordering a plant. Mandy on the helpdesk at Arena sorted everything out for me with minimal fuss, a lot of kindness and huge professionalism. The plant arrived on time and is very nice - good value too. A great experience.

I accidentally left the door number off…
I accidentally left the door number off my order and when the delivery wasn’t made they quickly rectified this for me and didn’t ask for any additional payment to send a fresh bouquet two days later to the correct address . The flowers are lovely. Will definitely order again.

This is the 3rd time you've asked for…
This is the 3rd time you've asked for feedback so again. The flowers are beautiful and the recipient is delighted but the delivery service left them on the doorstep without ringing the bell (the recipient was home) and without calling. They were sent as a surprise so if she had not gone out, the flowers could have been there for days

Who are these flowers from ?
Not sure if the fault lies with Arena Flowers or the delivery company, but we bought my sister flowers and chocolate for her 70th birthday and they arrived on time on her birthday, but there was no card saying they had come fro. us despite me completing the card at order. She had no clue as to who they were from until I asked her did she like them. It was very disappointing .
