Best Paddock Boots
Most everything from Ariat is top-of-the-line. I have had made-to-measure botts that fit less well than Ariat's Kendall.

Shipping and delivery was extremely fast
Shipping and delivery was extremely fast. The products ordered were packaged well, and fit just as expected. They were reasonably priced with free shipping and tracking was provided promptly. Definitely would order from ariat again.

Ariat is a very recognizable name they always have a great selection of styles and a big range of pricing. I've been in Ariat customer for years now thank you for the quality boots excellent service and fair pricing.

Customer service is the worst
Customer service is the worst. Very unorganized. I called 4 separate times each time they came up with a “solution” and each time it was not followed through on. Still haven’t received any follow up. All started because the sole in the work boot wore out within 4 months. UPDATE* they responded to this with false information. I did not receive a solution yesterday the lady on the phone said she would talk to management and call me back by end of day yesterday or first thing this morning. I never received the call. Which means I will have to be calling in a 5th time. Each time gets more and more frustrating. I will be very hesitant about doing business with Ariat in the future.
