These boots are fantastic and the whole ordering process was seamless. The pricing is competitive, they always have great discounts running, and my delivery came right when promised.

I felt really let down since these weren't cheap boots and I expected better craftsmanship. I was in the middle of a three day event and this happened on day one, so I was too embarrassed to keep wearing them for the rest of the weekend.

I paid $25 extra for expedited shipping that was supposed to get my boots to me within a week via UPS. After 8 days went by without receiving anything, I called to find out what happened. Turns out the order hadn't even shipped yet. When I asked if something fell through the cracks, the representative basically said no, they're just behind on orders. That's a pretty big red flag because it means they're knowingly not keeping up with delivery timelines. The rep also sounded exhausted and overworked. It's clear Ariat is understaffed and management isn't addressing the operational issues.
