Arizer makes the best vape products I've ever used. Switched to this when I gave up smoking and I don't miss it at all. I like the accessories and the attachments make it fun too and much easier to give up smoking. Far healthier too. I own the air SE, Air Max, qx2, and my absolute favorite is the solo3 v2. All great products each with their own benefits. I especially like the glass parts and it's easy to avoid contact with the metal heating element. Other Vape products I've used were much harder to control and prevent combustion. Plus I owned a different brand where the glass cracked but was not replaceable. These units have all replaceable glass parts. That's a big plus for me.Recently I had a problem and had to mail the solo 3 back. They replaced it and turned it around in about a day. They have a US service center so it was really easy. Excellent customer service! That's rare these days as I usually have to spend hours to get anything repaired or explained. They made it very seamless. Glad I purchased from them and I would certainly purchase again.

I've been a customer for about 10 years. I've found them to be professional and patient when dealing with my concerns. I still have a unit that is 10 years old and still working for me on a regular basis. I like their service and that they are Canadian.

I Love my Solo 3 v2, had a little problem with it and the customer service was incredibly fast and helpful.I already knew their products are great , but this kind of service is what makes me think I'll be keep buying their products in the future.

I ordered an Arizer Solo 3 V2 from Arizer and made a mistake on my order, but the company was able to fix the issue within hours of me reaching out. This superb customer service was followed by receiving one of the most awesome pieces of tech I have ever owned. I mean this vape is like having a whole volcano vape in your pocket. The material is evenly cooked, the taste is incredible, the battery life is mind blowing, and the customization options in the software leaves nothing to be desired. My favorite part of the device is how easy to clean the system is. The device feels built solid and its backed by a company that clearly has great customer service. My Solo 3 started having issues charging (likely a result of less than a stellar track record with its placement in my bag), and so I contacted Arizer for support. The support team provided excellent troubleshooting that ultimately led to need for warranty service. The process was PAINLESS and I had a replacement unit within a week. I can honestly say that Arizer is one of the brands out there that others should look to emulate for an exceptional product and phenomenal customer support.

My new XQ2 is an amazing device and a great upgrade from my V-Tower. I’ve been using my V-Tower for the last several years as vaporizing is the healthy method to consume my medicine. I decided to upgrade from my previous model and decided to buy the XQ2. XQ2 look slick and come with all of the necessary tools you need including a whip, balloon bags, various connectors and mouthpieces in order to enjoy the herb vaporizer. The unit lights-up to show when it’s heating and beeps twice once it reaches the desired temperature. The glass bowls are also great since they can be used in various ways, one side for maximum taste and one side for maximum vapors. The XQ2 is a better unit than any other vaporizer on the market. For the price, this is a great value for a vaporizer and an essential investment for your health. If you’re looking for a desktop vaporizer, start with a model from Arizer. I’ve never been disappointed.
