Fantastic
Fantastic. Ordered two large cavasses 3 days before Christmas. The package arrived before 9am on Christmas eve. Lovely driver. Very carefully packaged, as usual

Great!
The order was perfect, well packed and professional service with good delivery. Products were great and kept up to date by the courier when the package was being dispatched. The only complaint I have is around customer service. I emailed to ask why my order had taken three working days to be dispatched and received no response within 48 hours as of yet. I believe this could be a little bit better in my opinion. Even if they reply within 72 hours, personally I would say that is slow.

Poor Customer Service
Feeling really disappointed in this company. After ordering online I then noticed that the product was much cheaper at another shop. The site says they price match and call themselves one of the cheapest art wholesalers, so I submitted a price match request via email. I had a phone call late in the afternoon to say they only price match orders before you place the order. And they only rang and responded to my email enquiry to tell me literally the minute I had the email to say they’d despatched it…convenient!I have received much better customer service else where and won’t be shopping at artdiscount again

Great experience
Really happy with my products and experience. Had to contact customer service due to a mistake on my part and they were helpful with sorting it out, replying very quickly with no fuss. Shipping was fast and my order was here within a couple days. Everything I ordered was even better quality than I expected so very pleased! will definitely order from here again :)

didn’t include the free brushes as…
didn’t include the free brushes as stated on the website for if you find the product you want cheaper elsewhere but if you call up they do price match which is nice, if not a little inconvenient. good quality products but just a faff with the price match

Great customer care
I’m on my 5th order, just had great customer service and thought “I’ll give them a wee review”.Love the prices and the items are legitimate (for those also sceptical with budget online retailers), and they’re so happy to help if anything goes awry. -They readily communicated with DPD on my behalf, and corresponded with me via telephone until the issue was resolved.I’m very pleased.Also really like their own-brand sketch book/jotters. Not tried much else of theirs tho
