Spent over an hour doing my shop on the Asda App. Went to pay and it wouldn’t take my card. Put my card details in again and the App crashed and deleted my large food shop. I have shopped with Asda online for years but the App is now almost unusable. I will use another supermarket from now on.

I’mSorry to write this review , used self checkout til having a disability I used the correct checkout ) the self checkout was very slow , queues were forming , I put up my hand , usually this would prompt an Asda employee to come over , unfortunately they did , asked me if I needed the toilet as I had my hand up , I have a disability and was using a specific check out desk for disabled , I said pardon , she said you have got your hand up do you need toilet , I said I was trying to alert you to a problem at the till , then she walked off after speaking to me abruptly . I then had to put my hand up again , asda employee came over to deal with another issue with the self checkout I then had hand up again a third Asda employee came over , I said I was spoken to very rudely by a member of your team I am using this till as it is specific to my disability . He went on to say I’m so sorry about your experience Fair play to this young lad … Restored some faith in Asda , I frequent the place often But after this maybe I won’t it put me off Maybe some retraining is necessary

My online shopping order turn up today. Order number 70000048686695 delivered to my home address in Carlisle Cumbria.The driver could not have been more miserable and rude if he tried! Moaning on about getting a pay rise half now half in July and the fact that the management was receiving bonuses! He wasn’t even bothered if they sucked him today he said he was absolutely disgusting. All I wanted was my shopping. I didn’t want to listen to that. How unprofessional

Case #: 04535119: Order #: 70000045430331we placed an roughly 3 weeks ago now for 12 products to be delivered and paid for them , to then be told on the day 8 of the products 12 products were not in stock (why did you let me pay for them?) and 1 of the 4 products that were being delivered was being substituted for something that we wouldnt even eat? i made a complaint about this and was told you would get back in contact with me , but it has been over a month and still no contact ... bad all around

Went into Asda at Horncastle on 9th April to get petrol in a can for my lawnmower. I filled the can and went to pay. I left my car on the pump. Before I could pay, the pump was cleared and someone else filled a can. The cashier said there were two payments to be made. I argued I only had one payment to make. Then I was accused of moving my car off the pump. I said my car was still there. I spoke to the other guy and asked why he filled a can. He said the pump had cleared, so it appears someone cleared the pump before I paid. I didn't know how much fuel I'd put in, so they didn't know what to charge me. I said, "I hope you've charged me the correct amount." The lady who I guess was the manager shouted at me saying I should have taken notice of how much fuel I'd put in. It's not my fault they'd cleared the pump before the first payment had been paid for. She had a right go at me so I told her to shut up because I was so angry at her attitude towards me. It not my fault your staff are so incompetent.

Shockingly bad management. I wanted to make a complaint to the Lincoln Newark Road Store regarding the disgusting and obscene behaviour of one of their staff. I was told that his manager would contact me. Still no contact after five days, nor has there been a reply from to the email sent to Customer Services and the CEO direct email account.

Beware of this store!!! I paid more than the listed price. When I asked for an explanation, I was told it was a mistake and I should wait for a manager. It turned out that two other people had already been waiting for 15 minutes. After another 15 minutes, the manager came and said there was nothing she could do and that someone would return my money in three hours. This is a scam!!!

The price I pay at the time I ordered should not change afterwards. Jack Daniels £20 then changed to £26 the following day!. I don't know why you do these rubbish competitions/ surveys it's all a load of rubbish.
