Really disappointed. Won't process a refund for the substitute items or the ones that didn't arrive. Tried reaching out multiple times but got ignored. Not coming back to shop here.

Customer service here is pretty poor. Any complaint gets handed off to an overseas team. When you call back, they tell you the case is closed in their system and they have to reopen it. The agents don't really help much, they just log complaints. The local store manager doesn't seem interested in handling anything.

Extremely frustrated with how this company operates. Customer service is terrible and the experience was awful. Had a straightforward question about a gift card and asked to speak with a manager. They said everyone was too busy, despite having seven managers working that day. Nobody showed up to help. I've been fighting with customer support and the store for over a month with zero resolution. Really don't know what else to do.

Had a terrible time with their online customer service. Messages went back and forth without any real progress. In-store staff weren't much help either when I brought up my issue. Eventually I gave up and switched to Tesco. When I had a problem there, I contacted them online and it was fixed the same day. No endless messages needed.

Online order went smoothly. Every item I needed was in stock and quality was solid. Everything arrived fresh and on schedule. The delivery driver was pleasant and went the extra mile.

The Valentine's meal deal at Asda absolutely knocked it out of the park. Quality beats M&S Friday night offerings and the value is incredible.

Grabbed lunch at the cafe in Glasgow and was served by Jean W who had such a great attitude. Really friendly and upbeat. Their soup deal is absolutely delicious.

This morning while shopping, a staff member named Pam noticed the till prices were incorrect and jumped right on fixing it. Super quick resolution. Really appreciated her help.

Runcorn Asda delivered our groceries again and we really needed them. Our delivery slot was 9 to 10 pm but the driver showed up at 8:30 since she was ahead of schedule. When I went down, she was in shorts in freezing minus 9 degree weather. I insisted she come inside. That's real dedication right there. Thanks Asda Runcorn.

Asda's been consistently dependable so far in 2025. Their delivery drivers are always friendly and show up well within the promised timeframe, usually pretty early. When I order a day ahead on a reserved slot and the item's available, I can just update my order without worrying about substitutes. Works great.

Had my eyes tested and photos taken at Asda opticians and the staff treated me wonderfully. Picked up new glasses at fantastic pricing. Highly satisfied with the whole experience and would definitely recommend their optical services.

Popped into the Whetstone location today and had a fantastic experience. This branch is brand new and the team is genuinely friendly. Staff greet you with a smile and actually seem happy to help. One of the employees even took time to show me a faster checkout method. This has to be the friendliest supermarket I've shopped at in years.

Still dealing with arthritis but we placed another order and Runcorn Asda was fantastic again. No complaints at all. They even knocked off a 10 pound voucher for us. The driver who brought our order up to the top floor apartment was wonderful. We've been lucky with this location based on what others have said, but we're sticking with them. Big thanks to everyone at Runcorn Asda.

Five stars because the George brand items I purchased online were genuinely good quality. Had a slight delay on some boots I wanted so I ended up canceling, but that's not the point. What really impressed me is that you can actually reach a person when you call with an issue. I did and got real help. Asda deserves credit for that.
