Shannon in the Bath store, was a total dream! She was kind, attentive and in tune with the anxiety that comes with a new piercing/changing jewellery. So nice to be in a feminine space that was far from the intimidating experience I've had in other studios. Would absolutely recommend booking to see her, vibe check well and truly passed.
