I have had problems getting into my…
I have had problems getting into my account and Ryan the customer service specialist had spent over an hour trying to fix the problem(not an obvious fix), and fortunately working together we had found success. Ryan was both patient and professional well beyond my expectations and I am pleased. Also, Ryan answered all my questions about my Aura Account with wonderful clarity. I commend Ryan as she is a treasure.

Aura.com is the Best of its Kind
Aura.com is one of the few elite services online that I will recommend as I have found no significant flaws so far in 2 years of using the service. very good at credit monitoring and monitoring of card transactions, warnings and notifications have all been on point so far.

I have just signed up with Aura
I have just signed up with Aura. I'm very happy with what they have done so far. They have taken my information off of the data brokers that sell my information. That helps with all the spam and telephone calls from people and companies that I've never heard of, much less purchase anything from them. I consider that a very good thing!!

It should catch the unwanted email…
It should catch the unwanted email daily. I get 1000 emails a day even if I delete them and tell them it’s spam I still keep getting them. Why doesn’t this program delete them?

They stole my money
I signed up for a 14 day free trial of aura through google pay. I liked it but aura canceled my subscription even though my payment went through on Google pay. I tried to get my money back back but they sent me to Google pay and googlepay sent me back to aura. It's been 2 and half months between Google pay and aura and neither want to give me a refund even though i am not even receiving the subscription and cant get into it. basically they stole my money because im not receiving this subscription.
