Been using autos for years with no real…
Been using autos for years with no real issues until recently. I requested some car parts to be delivered to a new address and they were delivered to my old address by default. I contacted customer services and they said it was my fault and that I must have put in the wrong address. Nothing they could do. So very disappointed. Lost a customer now.

Order split and chat rep was rude
My order was split in 2 apparently but I received no emails to state that. After talking with “John Smith” via chat who really needs some customer training I learned this delay will only arrive in another 4 days. Had I known this I wouldve ordered elsewhere.
