No Return Policy
I ordered a BWM rear light. I plugged the light and it did not work. When I connected the customer service, they said the warranty is void and I already plugged it. Update: Thank you for connecting and refund. But I will request, to update your return policy. How would a customer know, if the light works fine, unless they connect it.
