At this AutoZone location, 3020 Sonoma Blvd, Vallejo, CA 94590.Аggressive non-employees are regularly present near the entrance and parking area, approaching customers and pushing unauthorized services. Although these individuals are not AutoZone employees, they operate openly on the premises with no apparent intervention from store management.After I politely declined one of these individuals, he began shouting, whistling, and ultimately insulted me using a vulgar term in Spanish. This occurred in the store’s parking lot, an area where customers should reasonably expect a safe and respectful environment. No staff member or manager took any action.This situation creates a hostile and unsafe atmosphere for customers and raises serious concerns about customer safety and potential liability. The lack of response suggests that this behavior is being ignored or implicitly tolerated by store management.I expect AutoZone to maintain a safe environment for its customers. I strongly urge corporate leadership to review this location and take immediate corrective action.

Awesome manager Murat at store 3432

I give you a three star because of the return process. I had purchased an item that needed to be returned they told me to go to the store with my order number and that was it. I get to the store and there was more needed than just the order number. The wonderful manager Murat at store number 3432 in Colorado Springs was amazing at walking through the phone call to get the information needed to do the return even though he had a store full of people and no one really to take care of them but himself. His patience was nothing less than stellar. He has done an amazing job turning that store around from what it was previously. Great job Murat at store 3432 :-)

Horrible Service

Horrible Service in the store located at 2149 Airline Road, Corpus Christi, Tx, 78414. I went to the store on Monday Feb 02, 2026, to use the warranty for my defective battery and the "teen" so called Manager dismissed my claim because, as per her professional and expert opinion, the Battery tested good. I had explained to her that overnight I disconnected the battery from the car (to avoid Parasitic Draw), and in the next morning the battery doesn't have enough power to crank the starter motor, and I have to jump the car with my other car, and it started right away. She continued, as a broken record, claiming that the battery is good, because the tester says so, for your information of course it tested good after being charge by the alternator, you can't test self-drainage with that tool. Please contract qualified technicians that understand how cars functions and are able to troubleshoot with the information provided by the client.Then I went to the store located on 4053 Saratoga Blvd, 78413, and explained my problem to the Knowledgeable manager at that store, and right away she swaps the battery without any drama.Now my car is starting right away. Thanks to the Professional service provided by the manager at the store located on 4053 Saratoga Blvd, 78413

Store in West Chester

Store in West Chester . PA does not have competent employees. On 2 different occasions , no one offered to help me. I was simply directed to an aisle to fend for myself. When I asked for help with putting wiper blades on , I was told that they couldn't do it. I went to Broomall, PA store and they helped from selecting the right blades and installing them. They were terrific. I will never go back to the the West Chester store.

Me and my wife was leaving to head back…

Me and my wife was leaving to head back home to Texas and we was having electrical issues. We come in and had our system checked and come to find out that the battery terminal had broke and was not getting a good connection. Jeff took good care of us and gave us a hand changing it out and we headed on our way. Thank you for the help.

On Dec 29/25 I bought a can tap…

On Dec 29/25 I bought a can tap dispenser for use with R-134a self sealing valve. I opened the package and try A/C manifold hose and it won’t fit because hose fittings size 1/4inch and the sealing valve is 1/2inch. So I went to return it and the conceited manager said it cannot be returned because the package is already opened. How would I know if the valve works if I don’t open it? I was disappointed and left. So guys be aware that if you buy parts at auto zone make sure that fit before you open the package.

Do not order

I placed an order almost a week ago. Then I received an email stating that the shipment is delayed. I looked how long and there was no date or anything when it would be shipped. I called customer service to cancel the order because of the delay and was told it cannot be canceled. The item has not even been shipped from any warehouse. They told me pretty much that I have to waste my time and wait for the part I don't need now and return it to a auto zone near me. DO NOT ORDER Anything from Auto zone online because according to them it cannot be canceled. I will stick to ordering my parts from Advance Auto.
