Financial and reputational damage to our business
Avast is reporting our website bkkreplicati.com as Threat blocked - Malicious software, even though our site has no malware.Currently, all users using Avast antivirus and accessing our site via Google Search are blocked.We have contacted them several times, reporting this as a false positive, but no one has responded or resolved the issue.This is a false positive that is causing significant financial and reputational damage to our business.We request that you re-evaluate the site manually and whitelist the domain immediately.We look forward to your immediate intervention.

Our website is blocked for no reason, whitelist won't change a thing
Our website is blocked by this "antivirus" for no reason, and we tried reaching out to their support team to find a solution in all ways we could think of but we never received any sort of reply in almost a month. The antivirus causes random pages to crash for no reason, I personally tested 10 free products and this is the only one that causes inconveniences to our customers.

as far as performance goes
as far as performance goes, no problems...my computer hasn't seemed problematic due to anything viral like...but this is a company that keeps on badgering and bothering about upgrading to this or adding that...i don't think they're trustworthy, aside from doing what, maybe, their free app or d/l will do. i don't like popups and i don't know HOW many i might get from Avast in a week...plus, it seems to need to plaster its name EVERYwhere...all of a sudden i have to see it on every email? PLEEEEASE...they SAID they were going to protect the email and all EYE need is for them to let me know when/if there's a problem...and when i cancelled the subscription a few days ago, they made me an offer to resubscribe...it was a good offer. especially compared to what their resubscribe price was quoted at, when they told me mine was about to expire(in 2 months. like i said. badgering. even 2 weeks should be enough time to decide as to what to do). so i click to resubscribe. a 'sorry, something went wrong' page comes up with a 'please try again' button. so i push the button and the price is around 10e higher...how is one to trust a company like that?

THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SEEM
THEY ARE CONSTANTLY TELLING ME I AM NOT COVERED & EXPOSED TO ALL MANNER OF FRAUD ETC. THEY ALSO KEEP TELLING ME THAT ALL THE SHIELDS ARE OFF, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED & PAID FOR. THEY AREV THE ONLY ONES THAT COULD SWITCH THEM OFF!! I HAVE ASKED SO MANY TIMES FOR THEM TO SORT IT OUT WITH ALL THEIR TECHNOLOGY &^ ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK & NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PART OF NORTON. I COULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. SO DISAPPOINTED AS HAVE INVESTED A LOT IN THEIR SO CALLED SECURITY .

They keep trying to sell you more and…
They keep trying to sell you more and more products. Also sometimes it notifies me that they need to update some apps. I start the update process and they never update now but they used to. I can't figure out why. I'll probably move to another company when this current contract expires
