never received product after 31/2 weeks…

never received product after 31/2 weeks was supposed to be 59$ product and they charged visa 300$ called immediately and they would not give refund. said product would come in 3 to 4 business days. 31/2 weeks later talked to helen and she said I could not get refund. I could go on further about constant lies.

I want to give ZERO stars!!

I want to give ZERO stars!!! I used aveda on my hair after washing it felt thicker as it dried but l smelled a bad burning smell. Today l notice a ton of my hair in front of my scalp by face was all broken off and could see my scalp. DO NOT TRY AVEDA!!!

Zero customer loyalty

How stupid is it that this company wont give a flipping product pumpIf you dont purchase directly from Aveda? I spent $90 and have always bought their clay shampoo and they cant even give me a flipping $3 pump for a bottle-

New pure abundance shampoo is rubbish

Aveda have changed the formulation of its pure abundance shampoo. A shampoo I have used without fail for 25 years. The new product might smell similar but it doesn’t clean my hair or add the volume it used to. By othe reviews I am not alone and no one seems to like the new change. I tried to send in a request to change back but have had no luck in finding any way to do this. I am debated and am now trying to find something that works as well. Please go back to the old formula. And I will return If not please post suitable alternative

I ran into an Aveda product recently…

I ran into an Aveda product recently and absolutely loved it but going to the process and being a hairstylist myself the new botanicals was what was supposed to work best for my hair texture, etc. I purchased it almost $200 for a liter of shampoo and conditioner, which is ridiculous but I hate it. It is not nearly as good as the repair reconditioner. I hate it. Not impressed whatsoever.

I've been a loyal fan of Aveda for 30…

I've been a loyal fan of Aveda for 30 years, but ever since they were bought out by Estée Lauder, about 15 years ago, their quality has tanked! Gone are the days of clean, uplifting aromas, and ethically sourced ingredients. The online experience this holiday season is an absolute joke! I was looking forward to my birthday gift that I've received every year for the past 20 or so years, and this year I couldn't choose the Shampure composition oil but was steered towards the two oils that have lavender. I am allergic to lavender. Aside from the Blue Malva shampoo, I will no longer purchase items from this overpriced company which is a shadow of its former self.

Ordered online

Ordered online. Received my products damaged in a giant box with no packing materials. Basically they leaked everywhere and were unusable. $375 worth of product. Contacted customer service to report the damage. Didn't get much response but I did receive an email with new shipping labels that the products would be reshipped. Well it's 1 month later and hours on the phone and chat with customer service only to be disconnected each time with no response. Don't order from this company. They do not back up the product. I have been a customer for 30 years. No more.

No Option for Gift Wrap or Holiday Message

They were out of stock of curly products gift box in the Christmas season. They have no option to get it gift wrapped or include a holiday message. Love Aveda products but they need to take customers more into account around the holiday season.

Awful Company

After over 20 years as a loyal Aveda customer I’ve had enough!Over the years they’ve discontinued my favourite products, scalp benefits & colour conserve, and replaced them with inferior, more expensive products. I’m guessing it won’t be long until Shampure gets the chop too?!But the final straw has been the experience of my last online purchases, a problem with the system meant that I was not offered my free product on checkout. I had to spend hours waiting for a customer service agent to respond to the online service and/or the WhatsApp service, to get my free product, which I did eventually receive. I then ordered my rewards products, but only received one item, another long wait for a response from customer services who dutifully advised that my missing product would be despatched. When I received a delivery notification knowing no such delivery had occurred at my address, I found out it has been despatched to address unknown to me in a completely different part of the country🤦‍♀️ More hours waiting for customer services to respond, I wonder if I’ll ever receive the item 🤷‍♀️So I’ll give up and move on, I can do without the hassle and the continuing disappointment.How can such a big organisation like Estée Lauder get the absolute basics wrong?!But from the many complaints I’ve read the organisation clearly does not care about the criticism!

Went to order a gift of many products

Went to order a gift of many products. Received 14 marketing ads in 4 days. Then started receiving out of stock emails at the same time I'm receiving marketing for the same product. Never got product. Called customer service, was informed product is in stock. Made empty promises. Waited another week and finally cancelled entire order. What a hassle.
