Order never arrived. Unable to contact company. I ordered some packing cubes after seeing a review in the Times. I received a dispatch notice and tracking details. The parcel has apparently been held with DPD for several days. When I called the number on tracking details it links through to DPD then I get a message saying it has been dispatched to my new requested address- I haven’t requested a different delivery address. There is no option to speak to anybody. The company doesn’t have a customer contact number and the chatbot doesn’t work. It’s so frustrating and they charged £10 delivery . I would advise don’t use this company.

Please do not buy from this company. They advertise on their website discounted luggage but when you order they inform you after 10 days that it is no longer available. 3 days later it pops up on their website again but for £50 more, once again I am informed after ordering it that it no longer is in stock. Customer service is atrocious in terms of speed and attitude of staff; they just don't care. Be warned.

Matching luggage that does not match!I am very disappointed with the Away suitcase. For the price, my expectation was that the suitcase and feather weight bag in the same color would be the same color. This is not the case. The entire reason I bought these pieces was for the matching luggage.I expected much better quality with color match as I have purchased Beis matching bags for my daughter and the colors are an exact match. The red online is deeper ruby red but in real life I would compare the featherweight bag to neon/bright red. The color resembles the Google highlight color red. It is so bright. The suitcase is a tomato red with more orange in it. Even though I added the personalization I am requested to stop that request with in 2 hours of my order. I was told via chat I would get an email confirming canceling the personalization. I didn't get the email.The personalization looks like cheap stickers.

I paid £180 for the overnight bag to use as a topper with the suitcase. Sadly, just as the bag was coming upto 2 years old the zip has completely broken and the bag is completely unusable. I contacted Away who said the bag is only under warranty for 1 year! I asked for advice in where and how to get it fixed and they said they can’t help! This company charges premium prices for poor quality products and couldn’t care less that you’ve wasted £180 on a bag that lasts less than 2 years. Don’t fall for the marketing scam. This company should be avoided, their prices are a rip off for the quality they produce.

Terrible Customer Service! I received a Big Carry On Flex for a Christmas gift but decided I would prefer the Carry On Flex instead. When purchased it was 25% off but Away would not honor the 25% discount for the replacement. I was going to have to pay full price, more for a smaller bag. So instead they lost a sale and I’m returning and will buy my luggage elsewhere. Too bag, seemed like a great bag and I was looking forward to using.

I wanted to purchase the mini crossbody bag during their Black Friday sale. They only ship UPS ground to Alaska. The cost to ship is $50 per bag. Why would I pay $50 shipping on an item that weighs less than 1 pound. I would have been happy paying ground shipping prices with USPS. It would probably take the same amount of time to receive

Used my luggage twice. The zipper is falling apart. Sent photos to away and was sent back sorry but we are not going to do anything for you. Wish my kids would have just went to costco and got me a normal piece of luggage. No need to spend 4 times what you need to if they don't take care of you when you have a problem.

Away has a mission statement.This does not make sense.A mission statement should clarify purpose. This one obscures it. Nothing about accessibility, transformation, or storytelling explains a suitcase that is consistently overweight, visually indistinguishable, and internally unstable. These are not philosophical shortcomings. They are practical ones.The bag is heavy regardless of contents. On a United Airlines baggage carousel, a stranger removed it without hesitation. Same color. Same shape. Entirely anonymous. I understood the mistake.Inside, the lining and strap brackets have detached and collapsed inward, like a pneumothorax. The shell persists. The interior has surrendered. Organization is theoretical.I would discard it, but my cat prefers to sleep in it—open, under the bed—which is the only configuration in which it fits properly or fulfills a coherent purpose.Its true purpose appears to be a cat bed.

I purchased the Away The Bigger Carry-On: Aluminum Edition in Rose Gold. It's beautiful but after checking the piece in ONCE and at the GATE, there's a huge dent with scratches. DO NOT PURCHASE if you need to check-in. It will dent and scratch and not hold up to it's value. Customer service doesn't care and not helpful - won't replace or fix unless it's a functional issue. This is an expensive piece of luggage which now has a dent. Super disappointing! Will never purchase an Away luggage again.
