Total scam!
Total scam!! Don’t bother, I returned all of my original order and they now are trying to request I pay over £900 despite not keeping any order. I had intended to return all to then reorder in another colour however I am yet to do this until they process the full refund I am due.

Just a warning
Just a warning, went to the pop up event at the Hilton hotel Birmingham today. Spent 20 mins in there(nothing interested is in there). Went in 2 cars because I met my daughter in law to be there. No where in their whole advert did say that parking would be £13. So cost us £26 for 20 mins Be warned if your thinking of going to one of there pop up events !

Misleading processing and delivery times
Can't even manage to ship SWATCHES on time, its been a week later than it should have ARRIVED but still stuck in "processing" and hasn't even shipped. Stupid AI customer service doesn't help either. Not gonna trust this business with my special day. There are more reliable options. Don't waste your time here.

This was prob the worst customer…
This was prob the worst customer experience I’ve had in my whole entire life. In the same email thread with the company they gave so many different stories as to why I did not receive my dress that it was very hard to keep up. They went from telling me that they cancelled my order due to no payment to telling me I was getting a full refund to they sold the last dress , they lost it back to I didn’t pay for it after I got my refund. No one I have shown the email thread to can even believe it is real. If you want a stress free bridal experience please do not use this company. It is not worth the headache or the frustration.

I’m very disappointed with the Azazie…
I’m very disappointed with the Azazie website. I am a mother of the bride and have tried to find dresses in my size through their try on program. There is not one dress that I have picked (in any colour just to try on) that they have available. The only choice seems to be to actually purchase address and wait till the six weeks. This is not doable.Disappointed.

Excellent customer service
As many families planning a wedding, it can be a stressful process. My daughter was having trouble landing on her bridesmaids' dresses. Colors, etc. I ordered (many) dresses to try to help her land with actual gowns vs. just swatches (though we ordered these as well). We ordered from Birdy Grey, AWBridal, Azazie, Fehaute, Revelry. Our experience with Azazie was wonderful. The live agent on their chat was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to send the dresses back. We ended up choosing an Azazie dress color (totally different than what we expected to choose). I would recommend this company without hesitation. We had an excellent customer service experience! Good job!

Do not use this company
Do not use this company! I’ve had 2 dresses arrive today, and one 2 weeks ago for my wedding, the colour is different on the adult dresses and the flower girl dress is nothing like the picture! I considered re ordering but as no one from customer services gets back to you I’ve decided to return the dresses for a refund! Appallingly service for what should be a special purchase!

Home Try-On for Bridesmaids Dresses
I ordered swatches for bridesmaid dresses on Azazie. I also ordered a bridesmaid dress through their home try-on program. Both were shipped quickly. My bridesmaids will be ordering their dresses this weekend!
