the shipping was quite expensive and then had to pay an extra 150 for DHL to even ship it and that wasnt explained nor shown to me anywhere before hand.

SCAMMERSthe worst company i have ever made any purchases with! the quality was absolutely shocking, the items felt cheap worn and had a vulgar smell. they said on the website 30 days FREE returns which is exceptionally misleading and apparently they only offer store credit!! that’s not a returns policy!! the thought of shopping with this brand again makes me feel sick!! please do not lose your hard earned money to this brand!!

I’ve ordered several items from Babyboo…
I’ve ordered several items from Babyboo and the clothing has always been as described. I’ve also had to return items to the company secondary to not liking the fit for my body type and the process has always been simple and straightforward. I’m not the biggest fan of the store credit only option for returns, but their policy is clear. Overall, I like the company and will continue to purchase.
