Got a loungewear set through a shopping network and ordered a small tall size. The bottoms fit great and are long enough, but the top has regular length sleeves that aren't any longer than what you'd get on a standard size. The sizing inconsistency is frustrating.

Don't purchase from this company. I bought two cozy chic blanket wraps and paid extra for expedited shipping, running up a total over $300. When my order arrived, I got cheap knockoff versions from overseas instead of the real products shown on their website. Even though the tags were still on and I ordered just three days prior, they're only willing to refund one of them. This is a total scam.

I'm really let down by what happened, especially since I do appreciate the quality of their products. I placed an order for three throws from their holiday promotion list on their website and picked colors that showed as in stock. My card was charged immediately when I submitted the order. A week went by with no shipping notification, so I called to check on it. That's when they told me the throws had sold out, they just found out they couldn't complete my order, and would be refunding me. All they offered was a 20% discount code that couldn't even be used on sale items. So much for getting my holiday shopping done early in the season. Just know that just because something appears on their website doesn't mean it's actually available to ship.

They kept giving me excuses about needing up to ten days to pack and process orders. It doesn't make sense to offer overnight and two-day shipping options if it's going to take two weeks anyway. Plus, they were still advertising their Mother's Day sale on Friday as if orders could still make it in time. I've been loyal to this brand for years and have spent hundreds buying blankets, pajamas, loungewear, and cardigans for myself and as gifts. This experience has made me reconsider that loyalty. Just a heads up for anyone else trying to order for a specific occasion.

Both items shed like crazy with lint getting stuck all over your other clothes that doesn't come out in the dryer or with a lint roller. When I contacted them about the problem, they basically shrugged it off and said sorry for the inconvenience while hundreds of dollars worth of my clothing is damaged. I'm returning everything through the retailer I bought from. The lint is only super visible when you're in bright sunlight, but it's definitely there. The material itself is flawed and keeps shedding even after multiple washes. I even had to clean out my washing machine because it was packed with lint after just two washes of that top. On top of the product issue, I had a rude customer service person who didn't seem to care that they lost a customer and would lose more once I spread the word online and to my friends. Save yourself the trouble and buy from someone else. I'm switching to eco-friendly brands instead of their synthetic materials.
