This is a SCAM SITE!!
This is a SCAM SITE. I ORDERED 236 POUNDS OF GOODS. 9 DAYS LATER MY ORDER WASN'T EVEN ACTIONED. I REQUESTED A REFUND, THEY REFUNDED 200 POUNDS! IVE REPORTED BARE MINERALS UK WHO DON'T OPERATE IN THE UK, TO UK TRADING STANDARDS.

Excellent products and customer service
It is the speed and the no quibble attitude of the customer service staff. A parcel was thought to have been lost by the delivery company EVRI, I contacted Bare Minerals, who immediately offered to refund then costs or dispatch a replacement. I chose the replacement. Within a few days, I had the original order and its replacement. I chose to pay for the additional delivery, as their products are excellent and I will use it eventually also I had an excellent discount on my purchases.

Caused awful breakout!
Turned my beautiful complexion into white head acne in just 2 uses. I’m obviously allergic but found that many people are looking online, this is a horrific product- never in my life have I ever experienced such a horrendous skin reaction. Please “test it” on a small section of your skin for a few days before full use.My Face is on fire and in my late 40s I have the skin of a teenager to cope with just before Xmas - aghhh so angry.I’ve never reacted to any other brand of makeup up and would not generally call my skin sensitive.

Disappointing overall
Disappointing make up and customer service. I ordered some make up to support this company’s vegan products. Sadly, two of the items were poor quality but the biggest faff was caused about my request for return/refund. The foundation was terrible quality (watery and gritty consistency, even after shaming the bottle as instructed) and the pump broke within days anyway! One of the mascaras was just awful (I should’ve believed the reviews that reflected this very complaint from some other customers) as it was clumpy and smudgey from the first use. I emailed Customer Service back and forth for days - they basically didn’t seem to believe me as they requested I send the items back in the mail at MY expense for P&P and then said IF they agreed that the products were not up to standard, only then I would get a refund. As a customer, it put me in a poor situation - I had to go to that trouble and potentially be out-of-pocket on the gamble that they believed me, as it was clear they didn’t seem to over email. I didn’t bother parcelling it back up and paying for the return in the hope I would get my refund as I risked being even further out of pocket, I just never purchased from Bare Minerals again

Quality product
This lip gloss superceeded my expectations, which was already high as a bare mineral customer of 10 years. Colour, application, effect, longevity and moisturisation if lips - fantastic. Bought 2 more of the same, 1 as a gift and another for me, cos im inclined to loose things.
