I ordered the blue comforter, and never received it. Was told by them to contact the shipper myself which I did, and still have not received my order. Was also, told to give them 2 days, and yet, I did. Now, they want me to wait another 2 days. All, I want is my money back. I will never order anything else from this company again. Buyer beware should be on this when ordering from this company!!!

Purchased a car refresher the ones you put the liquid slides on after a while it drops fragrance out on my dash and ate right through my dash now it looks ugly!!

Horrible experience with online ordering. Purchased the fragrance plug ins through an online order January 17, 2026. Was told I’d receive my order by January 29. Here it is February 4th no order. Website app not working for tracking. Customer service apparently overseas and you can’t understand what they say. Told me no updates show on my order since January 22. Told me they would reship my order but I’d have to pay for shipping again. I couldn’t believe it. I requested a full refund. Won’t be doing this again and you guys be careful.

I would give a zero if it was allowed. I placed an online order. I used a gift card ($50) and paid an additional $50 on my Visa. I received a confirmation that the order was placed and confirmed. 2 days later I received an Email telling me there was an error and the order couldn't be placed - to please call customer service. I did. They told me I would be refunded within 2 days. I called back after no refund was received 10 days later. I was told the refund had been processed on their end so it was my bank's issue. I asked for proof the refund had been processed. I was told an Email would be sent. No email sent. No way to prove to the bank a refund had been processed. Gift card balance taken and no longer usable. Had to work with my Visa company to get them to void the charge but I'm still out $50 and received no additional help from Bath and Body Works. And never received any products. SKETCHY AF. Do no recommend this company. Will not shop with them again.

i went to the store in penn square mall, and the young lady named brittany, helped me and ahe was very rude. we go to bath and body works all time, but we wont go anymore to that store. she was being rude to the other employees and being bossy, like she was a boss. she was getting very unpleasant cause we were taking our time. no business needs someone that acts like that in a store, i would like to see her fired.!!!!!!!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with Bath & Body Works candles and their return policy. I purchased 17 candles, and 5 of them stopped burning before they even reached halfway. The wicks are now completely unusable and will not relight, making the candles a total waste of money.I brought them to my local store hoping to exchange them—not even asking for a refund—but was told they could not be returned because they had been used. How else would I know there was a defect if I didn’t burn them?I was a huge fan of Bath & Body Works. All of my body washes, lotions, body sprays, and even perfumes were purchased from here to match full sets. I was a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed that.Because of the poor candle quality and lack of customer support, I no longer shop at Bath & Body Works, and I will be telling my family and friends not to shop here either. For the price, I expected far better quality and service.

I used to be a huge fan I ordered hundreds and hundreds of dollars maybe thousands of dollars worth on line. However..the new mobile app is horrible to navigate through. Why they even changed it is beyond me!!! That old saying if it's not broken don't fix it.. is a true statement. Frustrated I'm not even buying anything in my cart

On line shopping is horrible. You can have an order for 50.00 and it says you qualify for REDUCED shipping of 7.99. That is their normal shipping amount..they also want to add tax to my order when I live in NH where we do not have sales taxes. Limited scents or specials..I never order on line.as well as it does take forever to get your items.

I’ve been using Bath and Body candles for several years. They smell good and burn well. I’m not able to shop in store so have to use the Internet. I have had 0 problems. I place my order, get confirmation and my products arrive. Packed beautifully. Have never received one broken. I feel good when I use this site. I’ve run into some sketchy ones.
