No shipment and no customer support

I placed an order on March 8 and have not received any shipping update or response from customer support.I tried contacting Bodega by email and also left a comment asking about my order, but so far there has been no reply.At this point I no longer even want the item, I just wanted a response or some transparency about the order status.Because of the complete lack of communication, I had to open a chargeback with bank.Very disappointing experience for a store that is supposed to be reputable.

Unacceptable Service & 6-Month Refund Nightmare - Avoid This Seller!​​Order #793070​​ (Dec 31, 2024 | Total: $604.50 USD)I am writing this review with extreme disappointment to warn potential customers about this company's unethical business practices. On December 31, 2024, I purchased two clothing items totaling $604.50 USD. After waiting three months without receiving my order, I formally requested a refund on March 31, 2025.It has now been ​​FIVE MONTHS​​ since my original purchase and ​​TWO MONTHS​​ since initiating the refund, yet the seller continues to withhold my money. Their only response to dozens of emails has been empty promises like "please wait longer" or outright silence. This is not merely poor service – it demonstrates a blatant disregard for consumer rights and basic business ethics.I strongly advise all international buyers to avoid this seller. If they fail to address such a high-value transaction with transparency or urgency, your experience could be worse. I’ve escalated this matter to my bank for a chargeback and will report it to consumer protection agencies in both the seller’s country and my own.​​Final plea to the seller:​​ Process refund #793070 immediately and email me confirmation. Your continued negligence is unacceptable.

They just don't care anymore

Shipping has always been pretty terrible and there's absolutely NO WAY to get someone on the phone. However, They have typically been good about good faith gestures when pushed. I've received refunds on shipping costs, discount codes, and even a free pair of pants after a particularly frustrating experience. I'm not sure what has happened recently, but things have gotten worse. Made a order on December 10th 2024. By February we emailed, pushed back after the generic apology, and received a 10% refund. 3 weeks later, nothing. So another email, generic response, and refusing to accept the apology and demanding SOMETHING... no response. Ended up getting a refund from our bank. Thanks for the Christmas experience... thanks for nothing. On top of all this, their website has been down for about a week. Today at noon was supposed to be the drop with Clark's wallabee boots and the Website is STILL down. It's currently 640pm. It's sad.

Never again

Never again. Have ordered 5x from here and never once have I received an order within 2 months of my order date. Multiple orders totaling thousands, to which I think I’d be given some priority and effort. Customer service is beyond robotic, never offering any solution besides saying I need to be patient because they’re so busy. Literally same response for 3 years.The prices kept me coming back but in my most recent transaction, it took 3 months for my order to arrive, and when it did I had asked to return the items. Upon this request I was then told I was unfortunately out of the 14 day return window, even though it took 3 months to ship. Sure enough I had been sent several promotional emails about their new sales during this time, yet no emails with any order updates whatsoever for the sales I had already bought.Obviously ann illegal business practice but not worth hiring a lawyer over a few hundred bucks. Definitely worth making sure everybody I know never shops here again, and even more worth the 5 minutes it takes to write a review to warn the public and keep them from the same awful experience Bodega provides.Don’t waste your time and money with this absolutely miserable operation. You’re much better off spending your time and hard earned money at YOOX.com, HBX.com, Mr. Porter, End Clothing, Slam Jam, Feature, and many more stores that all fall within the Bodega price range, if not even cheaper, and none of them will take 3 months to ship your order, nor take a week to give you a pointless response about how busy they are to your many emails asking where your order is.

Horrible!!

Horrible!!! It's been 2 months since I place my order - they charged my credit card and I still have not received my order. Emails to customer service just get a canned response about high volume, etc. Worst online shopping experience ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

Currently in a dispute for never…

Currently in a dispute for never receiving my purchase, emailed them a few times and get the generic response “due to high volume orders blah blah blah” it’s been 30 days I just want my money back… I’ve been a loyal customer for years even after numerous cancelled orders weeks after order was placed making it impossible for me to buy anywhere else because by that time it’s sold out everywhere. I’m done with these clowns sooner or later it’ll all come crashing down if they continue to conduct business this way.

Disgusting business

Are you kidding me!? Took my order 2 months ago and they ghosted me! Not only can you conveniently not call them but don't bother emailing them, they won't contact you! You look at their Google page and it says temporary closed???? We'll then why are you taking orders? I'm out 100$ thanks Jerks

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order December 13th, have never received any shipping or processing information at all. I have emailed over 15 times over the last 3 months asking for updates with automated responses containing no information received every time. I am deeply frustrated as I ordered an item specifically for the winter months and they are now mostly done. I will never be ordering with them again.

2 Bandanas. 2 Months. No Shipping.

It’s now been over 2 months since I placed an order for two bandanas. I’ve contacted customer service twice now and they have no estimate when they’ll ship — and they won’t let me cancel the order. Completely unhelpful and won’t be shopping at bodega again — be careful buying anything from this place.

Big Regrets, Dont Order from Bodega

Made the mistake of not checking reviews before ordering from Bodega. I generally have had good interactions with companies. I placed my order on 02/18/25, I emailed them on 02/26/25 to check on my order since their site says fulfillment takes 1-5 days. They emailed back saying that it takes 1-10 days and possibly even longer for "high-volume sales or promotions". This info is not listed on their site nor is it on the shoes I purchased.
