Over thirty days in and I'm out seven hundred dollars! This company is absolutely bonkers. Save yourself and shop elsewhere. They'll take your cash and disappear!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They charged my card and over a month later still haven't shipped anything and won't answer my messages. THEY DON'T CARE You've got zero protection when they take your money like this. Don't fall for their fake responses on here either. They just send out automated replies, you'll never talk to a real person.
Bought some shoes off their site and got a refund email just a couple hours later with zero explanation. Had to chase them down via email to find out what happened, and apparently the item wasn't actually in stock like they claimed. I asked them to cancel my whole order since the other thing I grabbed was just there to qualify for free shipping. They said they can't modify or cancel orders after you submit them, but somehow they modified my order without asking me first. Seems pretty backwards. They charge for return shipping too, so now I'm stuck with something I don't need. What really gets me is they didn't even consult me before changing my order. When I asked for help they basically told me it wasn't their problem.
