Beaverbrooks Middlesbrough Karen was fantastic
This review should have been posted just under a year ago, but better late than never.What can I say about Karen from the Middlesbrough branch – she went above and beyond in helping me choose, arrange and resize my partner’s engagement ring. She even organised a donor ring for me to safely travel abroad with for the special occasion, which was a brilliant touch.Karen kept me updated throughout via email, and the whole experience felt genuinely personal from start to finish. She is a real credit to Beaverbrooks Middlesbrough.Thank you again.D & C 🙂

A pleasant shopping experience
From my initial call of enquiry to the final purchase I was treated with respect and helpfulness. My Grandson was also made to feel respected and loved his birthday gift!Overall a pleasant experience, served by friendly helpful staff. never buy from them!!!!!
I bought a watch from this company that was clearly faulty from manufacturing. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered no help at all. I ended up having to pay to fix the watch myself, and despite contacting them multiple times, they refused to give me any refund—not even £1.It’s completely unacceptable to sell a defective product and then ignore the customer when something goes wrong. The lack of customer service and accountability is shocking.emil 21092555 reference
