Don’t trust them
This company is absolutely the most dishonest I have ever dealt with. They changed their product, at first they claimed it was supply issues. I was told that they had gotten back their product that really worked, but they lied. Their product now is worthless. They claim to have fixed the supply issues, and still sell the inferior product. I do not believe any of the reviews I’ve read, because they are obviously fake.

I placed an order and quickly realized I had account credit available, so I submitted a cancellation request the same day (March 28) before the order shipped.I received an automated response stating I would hear back within 24 hours, but no one followed up before both orders were shipped the next morning. I reached out again explaining the situation and timeline, but did not receive a response.As a result, I ended up with a duplicate order that could have easily been avoided with timely customer support.The product may be fine, but the lack of responsiveness and inability to resolve a simple issue has made me hesitant to order again.

Terrible product
Terrible product. Especially for sensitive skin. Customer service is not timely and does not seem to care for their customers. Would not recommend.

Too much
I bought the startup kit. After that I bought 2 packs, not cheap. Then I unsubdscribed. Then my card was chard 65$for another 2 packages, Wrong Size. What a mess.not happy. V/r Kimetha hayson

The products are terrible and they grossly misrepresent payments and shipping information. I had cancelled an order and despite that, shipped the order to me and charged me. And of course, nobody is getting back to me.

Decent Incontinence Supplies Supplier
I've been a customer since the company began and I've tried most of their products. The maximum absorbency booster pads are excellent for pull-ups and diaper use. Using them extends the incontinence product, which saves money. Unfortunately, the pricing is a bit expensive for the items I use most, and price increases seem regular, which is unfortunate.Overall, I would still recommend the company and its products for incontinence needs,
