Horrible experience with that brand . Placed an order 12/2 it took a week to finally item to get shipped . ETA 12/16. Looks like there jackets made in china and that’s why it takes 2 weeks to ship.There are much better brands . I would never order that company .

I would never buy another item from this company. They have no customer service at all. No phone number. No way to reach anybody. I never received my orders and couldn't get anyone to help me. Ridiculous!

I made a purchase on February 10, 2024. I returned one of the items I bought via a USPS label that Bernardo provided. I received an email on March 16th stating that they received my return, along with a tracking number. Two weeks go by and still no refund in my account. I emailed customer service and they apologized and said it was a mistake. They promised they would process my refund that day. Another 10 days go by and NO refund. I emailed customer service again. They claim they already processed the refund on April 2nd. I explained that this is not true and I have not received a refund from them. They argued, insisted it was already refunded, all but called me a liar and refused to escalate the issue to a supervisor and basically told me, "we already refunded you and maybe you should call your bank". OUTRAGEOUS. Why would I need to call my bank?? So that they can look for a non-existent refund? Regardless, I called my bank, super frustrated and angry. The bank of course showed NO refund from this company and recommended that I dispute the original charge since I can show proof that they received my return and also prove that they never sent me a refund. Bernardo's customer service was unhelpful, basically told me I was wrong, and that there was nothing they could do. This was the most frustrating and infuriating experience I've ever had returning something to a store. I will never buy anything from them again. Unbelievable.

I have several Bernardo down and puffer type jackets and have loved them all but recently I purchased 2 coats one wool and another an unidentified faux fur. Since they were on sale they said no returns. They should take them back. Neither coat fits properly really odd patterns. I am very disappointed. It's like they are from another company.

I recently purchased a two coats from Bernardo and EVERYTHING about the experience was EXCEPTIONAL. The coats were gorgeous, chic, extremely well made, reasonably priced, and very high in quality. One of the coats, the mixed-stitch long quilted coat, is now truly my favorite coat of all time. I did need to contact customer service about applying a discount that was offered when you sign up for their emails. The online rep was friendly, responded quickly and professionally… and was OUTSTANDING in resolving my issue. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The product is very nice, but customer service is terrible. I had to wait 21 days to get my refund and after all I was told its going to can take up to another 10 business days for the funds to appear in my account.Think twice to order from them.

I loved the look and feel of the leopard-print wool coat. Unfortunately, it didn't fit me. I was provided a label for a free return.
