Lack of communication when delivering something online
I bought 3 items from Bershka 2 weeks ago and still have yet to receive them. I bought 2 sale items and only today I was informed that one had gone out of stock and that I would have to get a refund for that item. Not only will I not receive the item I payed for but the package was supposed to be delivered a week ago and I was only sent an email about it today. This is completely ridiculous as I bought that item and the others ages ago already so I should’ve received it by now. They should have sent me follow up emails about this but they didn’t and it is very unprofessional and infuriating.

Bad and unclear returns methods and paper thin quality - wasn’t expecting luxury but really had my expectations diminished. What I pity, I loved bershka but please can someone actually help me return my parcel!!

Terrible delivery service I had ordered…
Terrible delivery service I had ordered three items which were split into two deliveries and I got two items and the third one is yet to come and I was supposed to get the delivery package three days ago and yet until today the order is not yet complete completed and I don’t know if it’s lost the third item or if it’s yet to come I would like to clarification from the company!!!

I feel that the shipping was really fast, and it’s really meant a lot for me. but when i saw the package i thought it’s the old stock, and the color is already ruined. i’m fine with it but not that totally fine, because it’s not like what i expected.

I went to the store to pick up my online order, and it turned out that the shoes were different from what I had ordered… I wanted to return them, but the lady in the store in Leuven said it wasn’t possible and that I would have to call the hotline to sort it out. I feel like this is some kind of joke.
