Non-existent customer service
For $80 a pair, I'd expect shipping that takes a couple days less than 9 days, and an 800 number (or any phone number) to call when the tracking number doesn't work in the Amazon interface. Awful experience.

I received excellent customer service
I received excellent customer service from Max. He answered my email request in a day or so and honored a discount of my initial purchase when I returned the pants for a different size. I am a longtime customer and will continue to be! Great product and great customer service!!

Pony express
Mickey Mouse operation with terrible customer service. I actually really like the product and look of the pants. But dealing with customer service and fly by night shipper they use makes it a waste of time

Scam
Quality is terrible, this is a marketing company and nothing more. They don't stand by their products and customer service is incredibly poor. I would not suggest purchasing from this company.

Returns are NOT free.
Purchased a $135 pair of pants and when I went to return them, I was charged a $9.00 return fee. That's some serious bs. Wont be doing business with them again.

Quarter zip-not true to size
Ordered a quarter zip. My normal size is M, the one I got was somewhere between L and XL. Definately not true to size. Be careful as they charge a return fee.

The 1-star review is based on quality…
The 1-star review is based on quality versus price. I bought several pair of Birddog pants and have work them for over 6 months now, and they all suffer from inconsistent quality, overly synthetic feel, are prone to wrinkles, and static electricity build-up. The static electricity causes the pants to stick to your legs which makes them look and feel very cheap. At the price point these pants are you would expect better quality, and to make matters worse, the stiching is inconsistent and the seams pucker. The one good thing I'll say about these pants is that they have two belt loops at the very back whereas most pants only have one. Definately not a recommended product.

this company is not trustworthy
Stay away from this company. I returned the merchandise and they NEVER provided me with a refund. They are not trustworthy. Its been 3 months now.

Expensive Shorts Poor Quality
Given the price point of these shorts, I'm very disappointed in the quality. I purchased two pairs of these shorts in May and the fabric is piling (picked) in the area between the legs. They now look horrible, like I've owned them for years. I've sent them a message. We'll see if I get any resolution.

Do NOT be fooled by slick marketing
I purchased two pair for my husband and I was absolutely 💯 shocked at how poorly they washed after ONE washing! Pilled and picked something terrible. We have totally wasted our money!
