This is basically a marketing operation pretending to be a real clothing company. The quality is awful, they don't stand behind anything they make, and their customer service is a disaster. I'd tell anyone to look somewhere else.

Don't do business with this company. I sent back my merchandise and never received my refund. Three months have gone by with nothing. They're completely unreliable.

This company is overhyped and not honest with customers. Inventory disappears fast, and I learned the hard way when my size sold out after I already ordered. They sent me store credit instead. A month later when my size was back, I tried using the credit and they rejected it, asking me to pay full price instead. Nobody would help me sort it out, so I cancelled. They essentially kept my credit and pretended nothing happened. I had to file a formal complaint through the Better Business Bureau just to get anywhere. Skip this place entirely. It's not worth the headache.

The shorts look great and fit perfectly, which I appreciated at first. Unfortunately, the fabric quality is disappointing. All three pairs I bought started falling apart with pilling after just a few wears and a single wash. For what you're paying, this level of material durability simply isn't acceptable. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Before washing, these shorts are comfortable and attractive. Once you put them through the wash though, pilling shows up everywhere along with small rips that create fuzzy balls after a single wearing. I wouldn't bat an eye at this from a $15 pair of shorts, but for $75, it's unacceptable.

The customer service here is absolutely awful. Their performance polos have this strange pilling that makes the fabric shine differently in spots. I sent them pictures and asked if they'd exchange the polos or suggest a fix. They basically said sorry and that was it. No replacement options offered. On top of that, it took them nearly two weeks to even respond, and they didn't even properly address what I was asking about.

They're comfortable to wear, but the fabric falls apart way too easily. I've bought at least half a dozen pairs over time, and every single one pills up for basically no reason. Trust me, this isn't from rough use. The problem is cheap material. When I complained to the company, they hit me with tons of forms and documentation requests before considering a refund or replacement. That's their strategy for dodging the real quality problem. There are plenty of other companies out there that do better. No reason to stick with these guys.

Watch out. They run a promotion where you buy two shorts and get a free t-shirt with your order. I grabbed two pairs of shorts and picked out an XL tee. The shorts arrived, but the t-shirt never showed up. I reached out multiple times and even sent them a screenshot of my order confirmation showing the free item. They flat-out refused to send it.

I ordered a polo, khakis, and board shorts that added up to $320 total. Just processing the order took seven full days, which felt ridiculously slow. You're not paying budget prices here, yet the quality of the clothing is just average at best. All three items disappointed me. I'm returning everything and won't be coming back. Don't recommend this place. If they want to charge premium prices, they need to actually deliver premium quality.

The return policy says full refund minus a $9 fee, but in practice it might only give you store credit depending on what you're returning. The online return tool is broken too. Stay away from this company unless you want to disappear into a void where nobody ever helps you. It seems like their whole business model is keeping your money even when items don't fit, don't work, or just aren't good quality.

I placed an order and their site promised delivery in three days with arrival within six days. Ten days went by with five emails from me asking questions. Finally they gave my money back but never actually responded to any of my messages. Super unprofessional. Using DHL for shipping doesn't help either, as they're honestly one of the worst carriers around. That pretty much sums up the quality of everything this company offers.

Check out their ratings with the Better Business Bureau before buying. My complaint was submitted to them through official channels multiple times, but they never responded. Nobody got back to us twice when the bureau tried to reach out on my behalf. The whole situation got dropped because of their zero engagement. Their customer service is terrible. They're too busy making jokes in pictures and posting sponsored content on social media to actually help their customers. Look at the BBB ratings yourself. You might need to take this up with another agency or resource since the BBB can't force them to do anything if they won't cooperate.

I own several of their shorts and pants for one reason: they're so dang comfortable. The pockets throw some people off but honestly, who cares? They keep your wallet from bulging and the interior mesh is fantastic. I got a pair in a color I wasn't digging, and they shipped out a different color the same day no questions asked. I keep buying new ones as they release them. Totally worth your money.
