Sellouts!
After watching how this company conducts their business now - I am truly disgusted at the sell out nature.The way they jack up prices for stuff and dangle stuff in customer faces while screaming EXCLUSIVITY. This brand has sold out and hard.

Honest review
I’ve ordered alot at Blackcraft in the past and never had issues untill recently. I ordered an XL zip up hoodie which was way too small for XLA week later I also received an order with a zip up hoodie and pullover hoodie. Sadly same issues againI contacted the customer service and showed them pictures of the measurements and also showed them hoodies I ordered in the pastThey told me they’ll solve it with me and they asked if I wanted new ones. So today I received the first zip up hoodie in 2XL instead of XL and this one fits perfect. Soon I will receive the replacements of the other 2 aswellThey told me I don’t have to send the wrong ones back (probably since I live in Europe)But they did send me 3 new items! So its very nice of them they solved the issueIf you want to order zip up hoodies or pullover hoodies, I suggest taking a size upI like the designs from Blackcraft and next time will order a size up just incase aswell

Apparel with anti-religion themes
Apparel with anti-religion themes I haven't seen any other company make at this high of quality. I ordered during their Cyber Monday sale so the shipping took a while but totally worth the wait. I even emailed them to change my shirt size, which was completely my fault for ordering the wrong size, and they did it for me which was awesome. As an Atheist, I love this company. As a guy who wears T-shirts every day, I love this company.

They don’t give refunds for returned items, and make you charge to get a return label to begin with. What’s the point of returning if I don’t get a refund? Product not even taken out of its packaging and everything. Horrible company, gets worse by the year

I emailed them immediately after I realized they had charged the wrong card and told them I needed to cancel the order and get a refund on the order bc they charged my dad's card. That was Wednesday... it is Saturday and I just got a shipping confirmation so I guess they're going to still send it to me and then I'll have to pay for shipping cause it's just a big 🖕🏼 YOU. that's fine I won't be ordering from this 3rd world country of a store and I'll be ordering my shit from Amazon now. if y'all need help with customer service just say that Cause I would gladly clock in to help other people not deal with this shit

Truly unhelpful customer service
Truly unhelpful customer service. Refunds apparently unavailable and extremely limited use vouchers given instead. Seems to be a trend of their orders getting lost.

Took almost 2 months to arrive, cost 210$ for 3 tshirt. WTF.
Ordered 3 tshirt; 1 was a Buy One Get One 50%, the other was a pre-release (nowhere on the site was it shown that we were purchasing a pre-release shirt and we'd have to wait months for it to be delivered) For 3 tshirts it cost 110USD, plus an additional 60$ import fee. Shirts were ordered the 3rd of May, they were finally "attempted" to be delivered on the 18th of June. So for 3 tshirts after "Canadian" conversion, it comes out costing 210$... 3 TSHIRTS, 210 EFFIN DOLLARS!!! And they took almost 2 months to get here! Will never be shopping through this site again.

I ordered hoodies and the Edgar Allen Poe mystery box from them about 3 years ago. The quality and design have held up over the years and they are literally my favorite clothes to wear. I am shocked by all the bad reviews on them. I don’t care for all the random designs they have on the clothes now, which is why I haven’t purchased anything from them recently. It looks like little kids just stamped shit on them. Yet mine have held up through weekly washes and still look brand new. I wish they would go back to their old designs. Also anyone else have issues with their texts where they get them and hit them and it leads to nothing?

The quality of their clothes used to be so good. Soft comfy sweaters that stay that way even after washing multiple times. I just ordered recently and they have completely changed the clothing. It's thin hard cheap material now that feels so awful. Not worth the money for just a cute design on some awful material 😞 returning my whole order.

I am very disappointed because they stole their bogg bat design from a small company called spellbound soles. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth, not to mention the few times I ordered from them it literally took them like a month for the item to arrive.
