Delayed dispatch & delivery

I placed an order on the 08/03/26. As of today (25/03) the order still hasn’t arrived dispute chasing with Blue Tomato & their delivery company. Im now having to travel without snowboard boots or a helmet & have take time out of my trip to source both.I also now have to wait for the £350 or so I spent to be refunded while paying for another pair of boots etc.There’s been no sense of urgency & getting in touch isn’t particularly easy, it’s been a pretty disappointing experience.

Goggle clip

I bought a helmet at blue tomato but on the first trip I lost the goggle clip. Send a message and got a free one sent over! Great service!

The service is absolutely terrible

The service is absolutely terrible. I ordered this board for my friend's birthday, but it arrived broken in half! I still haven't received a refund yet. This is unacceptable.

There is some very good but expensive…

There is some very good but expensive products but I really love the clothes and the versatility it has because you can buy skateboards that are actually good and not some rip off ones

Very disappointing experience with Blue…

Very disappointing experience with Blue TomatoOver two weeks ago, I ordered snowboard boots in-store at Blue Tomato. The employee entered my address incorrectly and forgot to add my house number.After 1.5 weeks, I called customer service and spoke to Michelle. She said she would fix the address and that my order would arrive within 5 days. After those 5 days, I called again and found out my package had been sent to Spain.I was promised a new pair would be shipped and delivered after the weekend. Once again, nothing arrived. Now, after 3 weeks of waiting, I’m leaving for my vacation tomorrow without snowboard boots.Very poor service and communication. I would not recommend ordering here.

Very diapointed.. Not buy from them!!!!

I bought from the a pair of Fischer Ranger 102 and a Fischer Hybrid Attack Bindings and couldn't be more disappointed.I bought from them because they offered mounting the bindings although other websites offered the products cheaper. After some days, they contacted me that they need more information because these bindings had two possible mounting positions and that to receive my products quicker they suggested sending to me and that they would refund the mounting cost in another shop. These bindings only have one mounting position!!! And they also didn't warm me that I had to order separately the brake according to the with of my skies. OBVIOUSLY they didn't know how to mount them!!!!.... The problem is that I had to mount them myself because in my area they weren't shops with the proper jig to mount them. I asked for refund or a discount and they didn't even replied my.... If you need more information you can contact me.

Worst online shopping experience so far

My order seams to be lost. Client support is not answering phone calls or mails. I do not recommend this website
