Bought a snowboard package for my child on 02/02/2026 with an estimated 3 to 5 day ship window, but after 8 days it hadn't even shipped or been picked up. Getting ahold of their support was nearly impossible by chat, email, or phone, just kept getting looped back with messages saying call support via email or chat. With our vacation coming up on the 13th, I tried canceling but couldn't because I couldn't reach anyone. Eventually got Simon from support on the 11th who told me the board was stuck at customs and wouldn't make it. He helped me find a faster option that got here just in time. Still giving a 3 because there's definitely room to improve with their stock issues and how they communicate.
