This is the first worst experience with…

This is the first worst experience with bluehost. We are with bluehost for their excellent support. We simply login to bluehost india and just a click of a button we used to get excellent support. Now after login if we click the chat button, it is taking us to the chat team of bluehost.com. It is asking predefined question which is irrelevant to bluehost india. But we were unable to connect to human guide due to the stupid pre defined questions. It asks us to login and I replied logged in already, it says not logged in many time checking our patience. Finally after a struggle of more than 10 to 15 minutes, I was able to connect to a human. He also says the same story to login and chat. I got impatient and asked him to give the url to bluhost India, and finally they gave after 30 minutes of struggle. So worst experience. Since there is no 0 star, I am giving one star

I had an issue with my domain and reached out to Bluehost support for assistance. The technician who helped me was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. They quickly identified the problem and guided me step-by-step to resolve it.What impressed me most was how timely and efficient the support was. I didn’t have to wait long, and the issue was handled much faster than I expected. The technician made sure everything was fully resolved before ending the session and answered all of my questions clearly.I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend Bluehost’s technical support team to anyone needing help with their domain or hosting services.
