Had a terrible experience with customer service. My umbrella showed up damaged and after sending multiple emails over months, I'm still waiting for the replacement they promised. I've basically given up at this point. On top of that, the product itself isn't great for day-to-day use. It's pretty heavy and bulky for fitting into a purse, honestly. You'd really need a backpack, so maybe look at something lighter and from a company with better support.

I'm really impressed with both the quality and look of my Metro umbrella. What stood out most though was how Blunt handles repairs. My travel cord broke while I was riding my bike, so I sent it in and had it back fixed within a couple of days. Really refreshing to see a company that actually cares about keeping their products going strong instead of just pushing new sales.

Blunt Umbrellas are awesome! We own several of them and have passed some along as gifts too. Sure, they cost a bit more, but getting beautifully made umbrellas that actually hold up over time is worth every penny.

Blunt really delivered on all fronts here. My Metro umbrella is super well made, clearly engineered with quality in mind, and it's built to stick around. The customer service team went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Honestly can't think of anything they could've done better. Still trying to get a refund for an item they said was in stock. Got a halfhearted apology email from their support team with barely any options for fixing it or choosing another color. Been waiting to hear back from my follow-up messages but nothing. Their umbrellas might be solid products but their customer service is honestly disappointing.
