Paid for next day delivery goods arrived 4 days late. Trying to get any response from customer service impossible. Would not order again and second time this has happened

Still waiting for a refund PLUS money that was taken from my account TWICE for the same order all the way from August. I have been chasing multiple times, the WhatsApp chat is useless and I received one email saying they haven't even looked to see that they had taken double payment from me. Absolutely ridiculous that I am chasing this 6 months later, will have to report this to the ombudsman and definitely never shopping here again.

I have been a long-standing customer of boohoo from the beginning and frequently used boohoo with purchasing premier delivery. In the past I have had no issues, and always recieved successful returns. However, I think my time shoping with Boohoo has come to an end. Inordered an outfit for Nye but due to being ill I never went out, subsequently I returned the dress. On return I chose the option to refund to my primary method, which is my bank. However, this was not upheld and I was sent a gift card instead. I did not consent to this option and it goss against consumer rights legislation, which stipulates customers have a right to receive a full refund to their original payment method. As a single parent every penny I have is accounted for so if I wanted a gift card I would have picked that method.I have explored the issue further and I have seen that it has become an issue for many customers and is very misleading of boohoo. As a result of the following it has put me off ordering again, as they are not following consumer rights and legislation. Very disappointed.

The delivery company lost my parcel, and I have been trying to contact customer service to claim a refund. However, customer service at Boohoo effectively does not exist. I cannot speak to anyone, they are not responding to emails, and the web chat is not available. I even paid for delivery protection. I would appreciate a resolution to this issue, as I placed the order nearly a month ago.

I purchased items for Christmas, some of which were not suitable and some which were received after Christmas. I processed the returns as normal and did not choose to receive refund via gift card. Why would I? I did notice this was a new part of the process I had not seen before and noted how sneaky it was as it was already ticked.. meaning I had to change it. I know I did change it. This has affected two orders which were received in a number of parcels so the returns were actioned separately. The emails received when the refunds were processed say they will be refunded to the original payment method, which was Klarna.. but they have issued gift card refunds which is not what I expected or wanted. Customer service is shocking, when they do actually reply, they are just saying nothing they can do as i must have chosen this refund method and the gift cards cannot be changed back to the original method, despite me saying this is not what was wanted. The most recent response says I did choose this method.. which I absolutely did not. I have asked for this to be escalated but it’s getting ignored. The orders total around £300 and they have issued gift card refunds to be used within 90 days.. they are an absolute fraud. I cannot afford this amount of money to be tied up in gift cards for boohoo! I would strongly recommend you do not order from these as they are acting in a really immoral manner and their customer service when trying to resolve is shocking.

Placed an order...have received no confirmation email!!Keep checking online and it says order in progress. Will be now contacting Trading Standards as looking at the other comments this company should not be allowed to get away with illegal practices.

AVOID, AVOID AVOID!!! If I could rate a zero, I would! The new refund process is terrible! I requested a refund to my original payment method, not only did it take ages, they sent me a gift card which I did not request. I went back and forth with customer services for days on WhatsApp and email but they refused to give me my money back.I was then awaiting a further refund for the same order, I reveived an email to say the refund had been processed and that I would receive my money back within 5 days. 16 days later I still haven't reveived my refund.This company has become an absolute scamming nightmare! Customer services are useless. I will never order from them again.

It has been a month and I have not received my refund for a retutn I sent last month, they kept saying it would be in my account soon and it didnt then whn asked they told me I had opted for a gift certificate, which was not true and still no refund in any way.

I had an issue with the sizing on their website. After numerous requests, only one person was able to answer my question correctly. Thanks Ivan. For Boohoo, please update your Canadian website with the correct sizing. Some bottoms are in US sizes while others are in UK sizing.

Contacted boo hoo absolutely disgusting service been trying to get a resolution now for a week. They keep contradicting them selves Basically I requested refund to be sent to my card but they have issued gift card which is incorrect . I have now come onto here and I can see quite a lot of people are having the same issue . Avoid at all costs
