Great Experience
I was extremely pleased with my whole experience. The prices were exceptional, my order was for 13 books for a total cost of $57 which included 7 hardbacks and 6 paperbacks all in excellent condition. My order was placed, shipped and delivered in 3 days. Will definitely order more books in the future.

In the website they promised 2-5 days…
In the website they promised 2-5 days delivering. It took 2 weeks and when I wanted to return the package they told me to pay 20€ for the return. The package came from UK so it was outside EU. Website was in Finnish so I didn’t know that the package came from UK. Otherwise I would have never order it in the first place.

Cheap books for no shipping cost? Yes please!
At first, when I ordered from them I was a bit worried that because they were so cheap they must be in pretty bad shape. Still, it was like $64 for 8 books (popular, sprayed edges, worth at least $40 each) so I gave it a shot. They arrived right when expected and I'm genuinely so ecstatic about them. Barely any blemishes, just a few of the sprayed edges have slight missprays or the tiniest little marks on the books. For what I paid and what I got, this is such an affordable way to go for physical books. Thank you book outlet!! P.s. even the box is pretty

I payed extra for ”first class” ie 1-2 days delivery. After 5 days I got an Email that distribution has started, still not here. No answer on E-mail.

Understand you are buying damaged books.
I’ve purchased books from this company before without issue, but my most recent order was extremely disappointing. It was a large order, and 20 of the books arrived with significant damage, including tears, scratches, and damaged bindings. The condition was poor enough that our organization could not distribute them to families in our community. When I contacted customer service, the damage was dismissed as “minor wear and tear,” which it was not. Be aware that books may arrive damaged and not suitable for use.

So happy, so grateful
I ordered bibles twice as a gift to children and I am so happy over the moon with what I received. I was a little worried at first but i couldn't afford to buy them at full price so i gave it a try and they didnt disappoint me. They are 99.9% in good shape. They arrived in BC just a little over a week. I was surprised to receive my package today, on Christmas day. Thank you Book Outlet.

Advent calendar
I ordered over twenty books for an advent calendar, received them all within a week out of all the books i got only one that was critically damaged and after contacting the help center, they sent me a replacement for free within a day from my complaint. I am impressed with their service and their prices. I totally recommend.
