This site is fantastic. Over the past couple years I've placed many orders and have had basically zero issues. Once a title went out of stock after my purchase so I wasn't charged, which was great. They carry a lot of international editions with different publishers and covers, but they're transparent about it and list the ISBN and publisher info. Some books still have stickers from the original retailers, but those are easy to remove. The company marks books with felt pen on one edge, though plenty arrive without marks, probably because they sell quickly. I did get one hardcover with minor corner damage but that was an isolated incident. Prices beat other big retailers by a lot, especially compared to their sale prices. Most of my shipments come through Canada Post with tracking in about 6 days, a bit longer around the holidays but that's totally fine. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely!
