Although I received the wrong rug, and Venmo/PayPal made it absolute sheer HELL to get my money credited back into my account (because the ppl that work for Venmo are idiots) Boutiquerugs.com refunded my money and helped me deal with the craziness of Venmo/ PayPal. Thank you Boutiquerugs.com for your service! I am a lady of my word so here is the review I promised.

The quality of their rugs is average. Of course they are cheaply priced rugs, but most evey rug needs a rug pad which could double the price. Their return process is frustrating and painstakingly unnecessary. I wouldn't buy a rug from these guys.

Buyer beware! You would think in this day and age that if something was not returnable, it would be listed when you select the item to order not that you’d have to go dig and read through the FAQ document and return process to know if you should order something. I would never have ordered a $30 rug sample if I would’ve known it wasn’t returnable. What’s the point of a sample? I won’t be doing business with this company.Updated review:I originally left a review after learning that rug samples were non-returnable — something I felt should have been made clearer at the point of purchase rather than requiring customers to dig through the returns policy.After my review, Boutique Rugs’ Customer Support Supervisor reached out personally to explain that samples are normally issued with a gift card credit at the time of purchase, which is why they’re considered non-returnable. In my case, there was a technical issue and that credit was never generated.To resolve the situation, they issued me a full refund and also allowed me to keep a $50 gift card as a courtesy — which I appreciated as a first-time customer.While I still think the sample return policy could be made more visible during ordering, I do want to acknowledge their proactive follow-up and willingness to make things right.

Rug are nice overall. The packaging that they were shipped in was not great quality. They came partly opened up and one rug had dirt/dark marks all along the edge. Thicker, more durable plastic wrap or extra layers would protect the rugs better.

I have bought many rugs online but this was my first time buying from Boutique Rugs. Customer service was extremely helpful. There are many nice looking rug choices.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size rugs and emailed the company immediately! The customer service was exceptional, and although the order had already gone through they had the order returned to store and emailed me multiple times of the process along the way! I was so thankful for their help and how kind they were!
