Great quality !
I didn’t pay for shipping and it came next day anyway! I was so pleased. All the pieces I bought are great quality and are true to size. I also love that the labels on the underwear aren’t ridiculously long/large so you have to cut them and then they fray or cause holes, like Victoria Secrets thongs.

Brilliant response to request
Brilliant response to request. Delivery was very prompt.Love the pyjama set, only slight disappointment was that I was hoping for a cool 100% cotton set to wear in a very hot climate but the pyjama set is brushed cotton so I will have to keep it to wear in the cooler, colder climate in the winter.

Awful experience
I ordered a large order online that was lost in post then had to spend time ordering it again to only have half received items delivered and half refunded - I then placed a following order so that I can complete the sets I have received but my whole order was cancelled due to it being out of stock -why have them online if they not in stock secondly why was 7 items out of stock my whole order - I’d understand if it was one or two items but the whole order ?? time and effort is put into ordering but no remorse from the team. Now I have bottoms with no matching bras and suspender I can’t colour match anywhere and I cant return since I had my wedding inbetween orders and it’s passed the timeframe ! Online experience has be AWFUL !
