Shipping and handling fees are outrageous …
The price of the object is reasonable but then shipping and handling is over $20 !! Are you f-ing crazy !!!’

Non customer service.
Placed my first order with this company and was told it should arrive within 14 days. After two weeks I decided to contact them as I hadn’t even received confirmation of shipping. They inform me product is no longer available and I won’t be receiving it. They had no intention of informing me but were going to just let me keep wondering what was happening. No customer service at all. Would recommend you don’t waste your time or money with this company.

Coin with Beautiful Eagle and Celebrating our Greatest Nation on Earth
Found what I was looking for right away. I loved the commemorative coin, and was looking for one with an Eagle. This also wasn't specific to one branch of the Government, so it was perfect for a National 250 year celebration of this Greatest Nation on the globe!

Ordered gift for Valentine's Day
Ordered gift for Valentine's Day. Website said would receive by Valentine's Day. Been 12 days since item was purchased but no item. USPS tracking says "Pre-ShipmentShipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item". Called customer service and they said items has been shipped even though tracking says otherwise. They were not helpful in getting item shipped. For 10 days the tracking information has not changed and appears customer service cannot help. Will be canceling order soon.
