Terrible Customer Service
Bought a pullover in a Medium. It fit well except sleeves came halfway down my hands and with elastic at the bottom couldn't be rolled up. I'm 5' 9 1/4 and have longish arms. Their Customer Service refused to consider the pullover defective and so I had to pay for return shipping.

I came to check the reviews on this company campmor.com before I made a purchase and I found that 23 people out of 77 gave this seller 1 or 2 stars that is 30% but Trustpilot gave them a 4.4 star rating so how is that possible?

Flawless experience…
I had never heard of this company before. I was looking for something very specific that was being sold in quite a number of retailers, but I got the best price with Campmor. I was a little reluctant given that I had never heard of them, but I couldn't be more satisfied. They shipped it the following business day. I received the item within a week of placing the order. I would definitely recommend them.

It was a good experience
It was a good experience. Ordered on a Thursday, the tracking showed it would be delivered the following Wednesday, and they were delivered Tuesday, a day early. The package included an “easy return” form. To return them, the buyer must pay for return shipping, which seems fair to me—they cover the shipping to buyers when purchasing $49 or more. The Lowa hiking boots are amazingly well-fitting and comfortable. Phone customer service was friendly and helpful, as I called them before ordering to get an estimate for delivery time. They told me that the boots would go out the next day, or same day if ordered before 1:00pm Eastern Time.

Family owned business with terrible values & customer service!
Most terrible customer service I have ever seen! They don't log the calls, give people incorrect information and when I asked customer service manager Steve to transfer me to someone more senior, he said " we are done" and that their employees wouldn't make any mistakes. I've never been spoken to in such a terrible way with zero accountability for any mistakes they make. Never returning as a customer.

Topeak beamrack
OK this experience didn't have the ending I would have liked, but Campmor made it as good as possible. I wanted and ordered a Topeak beamrack from Campmore, and it was shipped promptly and securely. Unfortunately, despite calling Topeak twice, and emailing once, and giving them the details of my bike this is the rack they suggested, but it did not fit on my bike. After calling campmor and having the local bike shop look at it, it was determined that my only recourse was to return it. I feel bad. Several acquaintances have this rack and love it. Maybe I can give some insight that might save others this issue however. Trek has several bikes that do not have seat posts (eg Checkpoint, Domane, etc). They have a "seat mast" which is covered with a seat mast cap. Mine has an aluminum cap which should have taken care of the "carbon seatpost" disclaimer, but the diameter is well over the 31.6 mm limit of the post. If anyone has a Trek bike with a seat mast, and seat mast cap, do not order this rack. It will not work
