My keys with a War Amps tag were…

My keys with a War Amps tag were deposited for me by a restaurant owner out of town. She asked if I would come and pick them up but I thought that with the tag I would have them in a week. That was Feb 14. As of today .. April 3, I have not received them yet.I have phoned CP at least 4 times and got the runaround each time. They don't care

Pay for deliver, but gotta pick up anayway...

wondering why we pay for a service for delivery, they say they tried to deliver it but I have a camera.. no delivery attempt.. call them for support they say too bad you have to go pick it up now we don;t re-deliver. even though they never made the attempt?this is why Can post is goin g down fast.. DO NOT USE THEM

They refuse to even look up a box…

They refuse to even look up a box number anymore. Small town, one package without a box number and then return to sender. They try to tell you they can teach you how to enter your address correctly. Seriously, 1 time box number was missed. This just adds to my frustration with Canada post. 8 days for a parcel, when I receive it in 4 days through Purolator and pay the same shipping.

Mis-Gendered By Rude Canada Post Agent

I called into Canada Post yesterday and was called Madam by the agent at least THREE TIMES after I told him I was a sir and NOT a madam. He kept calling me madam at least three times after I corrected him which was rude and disrespectful.

Same package lost twice

Same package lost twice. First one said "delivered" when it wasn't. Second had a delivery date change to item delayed and then lost. No follow up on either "service ticket" from them. They just don't care one bit about whether or not you get your package because they are so far underwater financially and so antiquated in terms of tracking and customer service. Tragic really that the national postal service of Canada is just a big joke now.

Mailman don't want to deliver package just drop off delivery notice instead

I used their check feature I'm in line next or disconnects me now I got to redo it and put all my information in that doesn't work it won't let me talk to an agent oh let me phone them no over half an hour wait time past week so how am I supposed to get my mail delivered properly

You wonder why packages go missing and…

You wonder why packages go missing and get stolen? Because the "new" workers are asking questions like "how much is your package worth" and "what is your package"...asking private information. I lost a $300 package due to this. Don't ever trust a "new" worker.
