Absolute worst. They never actually deliver. Just slap a note on the door and take off.

This is unbelievable. I was expecting a 170 dollar order and the tracking just got stuck saying it was in transit. Two weeks past the delivery date and still nothing. They didn't let me file a claim until way later. Still haven't gotten the package, and there's been zero communication from their end. Nobody even tried to find it. Had to reorder everything and now the original stuff I wanted isn't even available anymore. This service is terrible. It's disappointing that you can't count on your own country's postal service. This isn't even my first bad experience with them. The staff just doesn't seem to care about doing their job. Honestly frustrating.

Ordered something shipped across the country on January 12th and it made it to the main sorting center by the 17th. Got processed the 18th and supposedly ready to go out the 19th. Nope. Now we're looking at the 22nd. All they keep saying is there's been a transportation delay, which honestly doesn't tell me much since that's pretty much what all delays are. If my package finally shows up, it'll have spent 4 business days traveling just 5 kilometers from the sorting facility. That's rough.

The Canada Post worker at the Rexall counter in Southgate Mall deserves a shout out. Even though she was swamped, Kyrie took time to help me get my flex delivery set up so picking up my packages would be easier. We need more people like her!

We go to the post office in Ottawa South pretty regularly, and there's an attendant named Kauser who makes every trip enjoyable. She's always got a friendly attitude and knows exactly what she's doing. She's definitely a great reflection of Canada Post.

Had a really sticky situation with customs and a satellite return that seemed impossible to fix. The movers accidentally shipped some boxes to the US, and customs was demanding a fee even though it was a return, not an import. Fortunately one of the postal staff navigated all that red tape and actually solved it for me. So thankful for that help!

I've been using Canada Post for 28 years and honestly never had a real problem. As a small business owner too, nothing's ever gone missing and tracking has always worked for me. Compared to other postal services I've used who've lost expensive items, Canada Post is way more dependable.

I have to give props to the postal worker at my local post office location. This woman clearly cares about her job in a way that goes beyond just clocking in. She lets you call ahead to check if a package is waiting for you. Even when things get hectic, she's always pleasant and willing to help. When my shipment from the US got sent to the wrong address and we couldn't track it down, she gave me numbers to call and helped me figure it out. Once we found where it ended up, she made calls to get it rerouted to her location since I couldn't make the trip. She even called me back to set up a time for me to pick it up. Loveleen goes above and beyond no matter how messy the situation gets. Really grateful for her and the whole service!

My experience with Canada Post has been top notch up here in Fort St John. The carrier in my neighborhood really puts in the effort to make sure deliveries come through on time or even ahead of schedule. Not one lost or damaged package so far. Keep doing what you're doing!
