I purchased a Capillus laser cap for over $1,000 because it was marketed as a premium product backed by a three-year warranty and promising results. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.Just after the one-year mark, the battery pack stopped working completely, which makes the device unusable. When I contacted customer support, I was told that while the cap itself has a three-year warranty, the battery is only covered for one year. Because the battery failed shortly after that period ended, they refused to replace it. Since the battery is required to operate the cap, the entire device becomes useless when it fails.After using the product consistently, I also did not experience the results that were advertised.What made the situation worse was the customer service experience. I explained that the battery failed right after the warranty period and asked if they would consider replacing it given the high cost of the product. I mentioned that I would prefer not to leave a negative review and hoped they would help resolve the issue.Instead of working toward a solution, the representative dismissed the concern and told me to go ahead and leave a bad review if I wanted to.For a product at this price point, I expected better product performance and far better customer support. I would encourage potential buyers to read the warranty details very carefully before making a purchase.
