I was skeptical and then pleasantly surprised!
I was very skeptical with all the negative reviews but my experience has been wonderful. Sent two cards totaling $50 this morning, used my PayPal debit for verification and my money was sent within the hour. I was expecting at-least 24 hours but I am pleasantly surprised it is already in my PayPal account. I made an account and followed every step and they delivered. 10/10 will use again.

Aside from the volume of bull sheet…
Was going to use but now will do a Joe Nameth and pass. Aside from the volume of bull sheet -who would ever take a hit or deep discount from say a sporting goods outlet amd gift card aside from sending out your collateral before you are paid I know exactly what this business model is missing And the guy who said - I went to sell them again but this time I had to mail the actual cards to them. I had already checked the balance on Dicks website. I trusted them and mailed them. Then I received an email they couldn’t verify the balance and they both were $0. I asked them to mail them back to me, which they did. Except now when I checked the balance was $0. Idk what happened during the mailing process besides losing $200. 🤷Call the AG and post master general Corporate officers could face criminal exposure here !''

CardCash Update
I previously had an issue with CardCash, but it was resolved. I wanted to update my review to reflect how they handled the situation. Based on this experience, I think they are one of the best companies in their field.

It's gotten a lot better but be careful on the dates
A while ago, there would be incidents where gift cards were blank. I've learned to use the gift cards right away. Make sure to use your gift cards before the guarantee dates.

BEWARE! CARDCASH IS A SCAM!
BEWARE! This company is a complete scam! If you are trying to sell a gift card to them they will leave you high and dry. You will be waiting days or in my case.. a month for them to process your order. I tried to sell my E-Gift card to them and they told me to mail a screenshot of it through mail which I did 3 separate times and they claim they never received it even after my mail courier confirmed it delivered. I tried to contact support several times and had no help. Support does not listen to you and will repeat the same cookie cutter script. This was the worst process I’ve ever had. I spent more money trying to send the card out to them than what the card was actually worth! Sell to them AT YOUR OWN RISK and be prepared to be disappointed.

Was skeptical like everyone else
Was skeptical like everyone else, but sold my Scheels gift card had a balance of 364, I had to mail it in once they received they PayPal me 280 which I’m happy with, customer service was good and could tell I was nervous kept me at ease and it worked out. The whole process took about a week all in. The only negative was during the verification a bunch of phone numbers popped up that I didn’t recognize but after sending a note they manually verified, so all good.

Writing a quick positive review to offset some of the negative ones. I'm a very skeptical person who held an unwanted gift card from JCPenny since Christmas of 2024. I researched many gift card exchange/cash out sites and they each had reviews that would make you turn away. Almost a year and a half later and up until recently the GC was collected dust and was of no use to me. Another thing that helped ease my mind was that they did actually have a customer service department of some kind to answer inquiries. I placed an order on March 6th and received email confirmation, acceptance of order March 8th by email confirmation and then finally a deposit to my bank account on today, March 10th. From this transaction I was able to collect $ 56.25 from my $ 75 JCPenny card all while I waited so patiently that I honestly forgot to do any follow up. Money in 4 days and if i had one to mention one small complaint it would be that I would have wanted an even $60 but im not triping over 3.75 lol. All in all, pretty solid process that I would do again if I had to. DO NOT EXPECT FUNDS OVER NIGHT OR NEXT DAY

I've sold to them since 2023 sometimes I don't hear ack and sell to someone else they charged me 21.14 for a liability fee because I sold my card to gameflip whose even worse than card cash I wouldn't suggest selling to these guys they can scam you be careful
