Poor food-poor service
Poor food, poor service, no taste and no-one cares, dirty place, don't recommend it, over 50% of reviews are 1 star, wish I had read them before eating here.

Carl's Jr used to be my favorite burger…
Carl's Jr used to be my favorite burger joint. They have been going downhill for several years now. I would get the original $6 burger. They discontinued that burger and replaced it with an ok Angus burger. Yesterday, 2/13/26, I ordered a famous star, their signature burger. What I got could hardly be called anything more than a bun. The picture looks great. What I got was something so miniscule that the top and bottom of the bun was touching. I had to peel it open to see if there was any meat or other toppings inside. Definitely not what I have been accustomed to.

Best burger experience
My boyfriend had raved about this place so I decided to give it a go with him. We went to the branch in St David’s 2 in Cardiff. Service was excellent. Amir served us and was so courteous and helpful. All delivered with a big smile on his face. I thought he was actually the manager due to his professional demeanour and aplomb but found out from one of his colleagues that he isn’t. Well, he should be. The branch is missing a trick there. He even came to our table on his way out at the end of his shift to make sure we were happy with our food. The food was fabulous. Great portions, hot, tasty and everything you could wish for in a burger experience. The vanilla milkshake tasted immense. Definitely returning.

Free birthday gift from Carl’s Jr. app
I just really wanted to comment on the birthday gift that Carl’s Jr. gives out every birthday. It is one free item when you spend $15 that’s not a birthday gift if you gotta spend $15 just saying.

Ripping customers off by only using one burger patty but advertising that it's a double
I used to like Carl's Jr double western bacon cheeseburger but here in Spokane the Carl's Jr I go to is cheating their customers on patty's. For the last four times I have gone there and ordered double western cheeseburger, and today I ordered the new double burger each time I only received one burger patty. Sounds like they're really trying to save money by ripping people off I won't be going back there's other places you can get a double burger.

Delicious jalapeño double cheeseburger meal with zucchini fries
I ordered the jalapeño double cheeseburger meal with fried zucchini instead of French fries. My food was fabulous. It was cooked to perfection, with plenty of chipotle sauce, jalapeños and lettuce. The zucchini was perfect, as well. The man who took my money was pleasant, made eye contact, and thanked me. Just right! I called the store after I enjoyed my lunch and asked them to please tell the cook how good it was. I’m not sure many people stop to tell others what they do right, but I’m sure it feels good when it does happen. The shift leader assured me they would make sure to spread the compliment. False advertisement
Don't use the carls jr app to order.they advertised buy 1 get 1 for 2 dollars.I ordered and they charged me full price and the manager at the restaurant I picked it up from says she can't help me that she has nothing to do with the app so now I'm out of my money and I drove 5 miles one way to get it.that is false advertising and now they want to contact me back in 3 days if they decide to.Don't use the app it's poor customer service after they get your money.
