Internet service goes down every night. They say they can send a technician (for the 4th time) to fix it. The next technician appointment is 7 days from now.

I have been a CenturyLink customer for 32 years and have been billed from the 13th to the 13th each month. Recently, due to significant price increase over the past two years, I contacted them to downgrade my service. Despite calling 10 days after the billing cycle, I was charged the standard rate rather than the new package rate. Given my lengthy customer relationship and timely payments, I believe it's unfair that CenturyLink doesn't offer pro-rated adjustments like other service providers do within their billing cycles. 😔

Do not use Centurylink. They have the worst customer service of any Internet provider!!! Their technician did a remote reset to resolve constant disconnects of their service and after which we had no Internet service. They said they would send a tech out but if the issue was found to be a problem with the wiring in the home, they would charge 99.00. The tech replaced the faulty modem which was their equipment. And they fraudulently billed 124.00 and wrote on the bill it was for a Jack charge when nothing was done with the jack. The tech simply replaced their faulty equipment.

Our home phone has been without service for over two months. We’ve had 4 different dates for repair and each time no one showed up and no one called us. Each time we had to go into their website to find out what their new date was for the next “no-show” repair appointment. Century Link has the worst customer care of any company we have dealt with. Why doesn’t the Washington State Utility Commission do something about this substandard company??

Multiple billing issues with internet service. Autopay information was lost by Centurylink and I was assed late payment fees. It's hard to speak with a real person, and when you can they are outsourced call takers. Billing is confusing and they had me setup for continued monthly billing in April after I had closed my account in February. Their actual service is amazing.. the Billing has been a problem for years. Horrible experience with Billing. Get Google Fiber or Quantum before you use Centurylink/LUMEN.

I paid my over priced 70 dollar bills for years with no lapse and always on time. I decided to switch because of the expense of the bill and went with starlink which is 50 a month for much faster internet. I called to cancel at the beginning of the month and sent back my modem as requested (they charge you 200 otherwise which is ridiculous). I just received a bill for the month. I tried to remedy this but instead was told that I cancelled “in the middle of the cycle and they don’t pro-rate.” So basically I’m being charged for no service all month. What a joke of a company. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

They are scam artists. They confuse you with bombardment of texts and emails when you have the tech coming to install. I got it installed and it wasn't working. I called and they put in an order repair to come check the problem. They bombarded me with texts and emails to confirm my appointment. They threw in a confirmation for wire protection as well which I didn't notice. Be very careful with them. Corporate greed is rampant and they will do anything. And they make you listen to a recording instead of telling you in person what you are agreeing too. DON'T AGREE TO ANYTHING ON EMAIL OR TEXTS. Too long winded and technically and legally worded that you don't know what you are agreeing to.

Never use CenturyLink! Worst ISP ever. They lost my acct data & their customer service is non-existent. TOTAL WORTHLESS customer support! CenturyLink is totally incompetent.

Century link sold my service. email said no action needed from me and I could call them for support. Power goes out, internet down. I call and they can no longer help but my transfer of service is nowhere to be found! The provider they said has it, is unaware. I will be without internet, I work remote, for 5 days! Thanks a lot century link for the worst customer service ever
