Refund not processed despite confirmed…
Refund not processed despite confirmed returnI returned an item weeks ago and still have not received any refund or clear feedback from customer service.This experience is frustrating and disappointing. A return and refund process should be transparent, timely, and reliable. I hope this issue will finally be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this service.

A previous customer but not got scammed
Been a customer of them in the past and had no problem but now… What a SCAM! I purchased from them 3 days ago but never received any confirmation email of my order and customer service is very unresponsive. STAY AWAY! I should’ve read first the recent reviews and turns out all horror stories are true.
