Protective probe sleeve is too loose
I have used the product considerable, however found this attribute not favored for my interest: The protective probe sleeve (On mine) is too loose requiring more click/ friction. It works for casual home use. IMO - As a previous Restaurateur, I don’t feel that I be pleased with daily pocket carrying frequent use.

No order confirmation and missing magnet
After my order 15149 i did not receive a confirmation. When i asked they send me a tracking number (international shipping) for my order that was not updated until i asked after 3 weeks. When delivered my order was not compleet. I ordered a X10 and a meat temperature chart magnet that was missing. So room for improvement, Yes!

Great Product!
Great product, very accurate and gives instant readings. Hold button is great to freeze temp. Highly recommend the product.

Email order confirmation needed
The website functioned well, however, when I submitted my order, I never got an email confirmation of my order. Fortunately I saved my order confirmation page, but at least an email saying that your order has been submitted and then another email when your order has shipped would have been useful. In addition, it took a long time for the product to be delivered, but I didn't mind because the shipping was included.

Very Nice Thermometer
Bought this to replace one of another brand that failed after many years of use. I was able to get a discount on this one through Cowboy Kent Rollins. I’ve used it on several cooks now, like it’s ease of use, I trust the accuracy, and like that I can display it on the fridge.
