ZERO STARTS FOR THIS SCSMMERS, Do not buy from CHIC ME!!my order did not ship for 12 day, even after ruching out several times they did not answer me I wanted to know where was my order. I decided to cancel they offered me 20% on my next purchase I declined and ask nicely for full refund Them they did not have an itmi ordered they never contacted me. I keep asking to cancel since my order wasSTILL NOT FOR ANOTHER WEEK IT WILL be 3 weeks now. Now they told me they will charge 15% handling fee… FOR WHAT !! It’s their mistake not mie for not shipping my order and not having the items in stock BUNCH IF IDIOS THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE EASY MONEYVWORSE COMPANY

WORST COMPANY TO BUY FROM- SCAM
WORST COMPANY TO BUY FROM. Clothes are made exactly like Shein or Temu. Not good quality. When I went to return, you submit the return "like normal" then theycontact you for FURTHER INFORMATION..REQUIRING a picture of the clothes PLUS the bag before they can approve. This site is a scam. Don't but from. I have never brought from ANY clothing store that required this process for a return.

I ordered two items from this company on January 14th. I have never received either one. They were charged to my Visa card and have been paid. I would appreciate a credit to my account.

magnetic glasses…
I absolutely love the magnetic glasses I purchased, they look great, and are very high quality, I've had several pairs of magnetic glasses from other brands and sights, and these are by far the best ones I've had and for a very reasonable price! Also shipping was pretty quick, and free, I would recommend anyone to shop, at Chic!

Haggled over return
I have used chic me for a few orders over the years . When you shop online , you always run the risks of size issues or product issues , so you relay on the ability to return merchandise- just like any store …. Maybe at a risk of paying for the return . I never thought I would be declined a return and haggled; haggled over a percentage over off what I pay and keeping products . I didn’t want the clothes , willing to pay for shipping back and yet took days to replay to another haggle.. be aware before buying that you may loose money for sure .based on my experience

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! there is 0 customer service my stuff got stolen and after 4 weeks of back to back emails just constantly being told to wait as its under investigation, finally spoke to Evri to find out that there is no such claim ever sent. I even sent them the proof and they just don’t reply or either keep sending the same reply. As a paying customer we have no rights whatsoever, evri said nothing they can do unless they contact them so now I’m out of pocket, you would think that Evri would not do business with this company that clearly scams people.. reading all the other reviews on trust pilot I don’t understand how they can sell to uk customers and get away with this. Never again will I order from them. You have been warned
