Do not order from this company! Their customer service is nonexistent. When my package was stolen, I spent four weeks sending repeated emails only to be told to wait for an investigation. When I finally contacted the carrier myself, I found out no claim had ever actually been filed. I even provided proof and got no response or just the same generic reply. As a customer with money on the line, you have zero recourse. The carrier told me the company would have to file the claim, but they refused. I'm now stuck losing money, and it's frustrating that the carrier continues doing business with a company that handles this so poorly. After reading similar complaints elsewhere, I can't understand how they operate in certain markets without facing consequences. I'll never place an order with them again. Consider yourself warned.

I'm still not entirely sure how the coupon stacking worked, but my final price ended up around $74, which was more than I'd budgeted. The quality of the sweatshirts won me over though, so I purchased three additional ones.
